In the team there are numerous roles that can be given for leadership. One of the roles is Executive Director for Competition, the person in charge of off-season and competition. Since this is a new position there are new responsibilities that come of the lead mentor's shoulders and onto the executive directors.
Some responsibilities include: Organizing off-season events, assembling competition subteams, creating event itinerary's, attending competition subteam meetings, creating/organizing competition budget, keeping competition subteams in check, and more yet unexplored responsibilities.
Along with Executives there are Subteam Directors and Subteam members. Directors are in charge of their designated subteam and members are students in that designated subteam. Executives report to lead mentor, Directors to Executives, and Members to Directors. Apart from Competition there is also Goals and Technical, also with certain subteams.
